Booking Policy

MICHELLE HAIR BRAIDING BOOKING POLICY

POLICIES:

All appointments require a $30 initial deposit. The deposit helps secure your appointment spot and will be applied toward your service total payment.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

You are encouraged to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time if you will not be able to attend.

You are allowed to transfer your initial deposit only twice.

If you reschedule more than twice, you will need to pay a new deposit to book again.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made without prior communication will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

No-Show:

Failure to show up without prior communication will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
